Admission Requirements

• Must be male and 18 years of age or older• Willingness to maintain full-time employment (coordinated through the program)• Participation in 12-Step recovery meetings (Alcoholics Anonymous and/or Celebrate Recovery)• Agreement to regular drug and alcohol screening as determined by program leadership (Drug screening fee: $25 per test)• Individuals who are currently or previously incarcerated will receive the same consideration as all applicants Admission is based on a willingness to comply with program expectations and accountability standards.

What to Bring•Photo Identification (State ID or Driver’s License)(If unavailable, an original birth certificate is required)•Social Security card•Work clothing and work boots•Personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, towels/washcloths, shower shoes)•Church attire
